why they got so many filter numbers don't get it numbers that end with AA, BE , AB like what's the difference? I just got a 2018 ram 1500 v8 went to dealership to get a filter they gave me one that ends with BE online i see AA recommended it makes no sense just have one dam filter like honda does for all their cars and not 100 different types confusing!!!

just changed the gear oil in my rc2060 and it wasnt milky like that. 1st time ive changed it since having the shredder.... but i do keep it stored in a shipping container when not in use. Getting that old oil out is a p.i.t.a. for sure.

Just a guess, but I'm wondering if the dealership was delaying the closing sale of the truck based on month and figures, and or dealership incentives from Stellantis or Chrysler whoever owned them at the time and maybe that was why they kind of drag their feet because they could sell that truck which would clear up some of the floorplan that they're paying for and then if they did get anything back from Stellantis or Chrysler with the dealership incentives offered if you sell X number of vehicles X number of days. Unfortunately you were taken for the ride during the process and there may have been some other factors such as whether or not that vehicle was already allocated to someone else or to another dealership. Had that been the case if the deal didn't fall through then you may have not gotten the truck you wanted for that $4500 discount. There's no point in trying to figure it out because the second you think you have it figured out it's something else 9 times out of 10. I didn't enjoy the whole purchasing a vehicle process either just for the reasons you went through. My situation was a bit different. There was 0% financing for 60 months or 72 months so I had to make my monthly payment and that all they could throw in on my 2017 RAM BIGHORN, THAT WAS BRAND NEW AT THE TIME WAS TO HAVE THE FRONT WINDOWS TINTED. I also got the tunnel cover for $800 I believe. There are some dealerships throughout the US mind you not many that have a no haggle pay the price you see in an out deal, which makes it a lot easier for buyers too. Feel comfortable when purchasing a brand new vehicle at a dealership.. these type of dealerships, sell new vehicles and their price fluctuates daily on every vehicle, depending on current market value Of other dealership pricing on the same vehicles in order to maintain a competitive price point. Rather than top seller of the month gets 15% commission and so on and so forth like most dealerships operate otherwise known as ruthless dick tactics in order to pad, their pockets. The other dealerships with a no haggle pricing simply offer an hourly rate or a salary rate to every sales person. in order to motivate all of the team members, the dealership offers and incentive if a certain goal is reached By one or all of the sales people. I'm sure that there's still another level after that top seller of the month gets another 5% etc. but at least it's fair across in playing field.. more importantly, it draws a lot more customers into the dealership when word-of-mouth is their best advertising asset regarding their harassment lol free Customer environment. if there was a dealership like that near me, I would go there every time and skip the headaches. I would rather drive my current vehicle to the ground before having to go by another vehicle just from what I would anticipate having to go through. Take care

Back in 2019 I changed the fluid on my 2014 RAM 1500 5.7L, at 85k miles. The older containers list 150k/10 year, but the newer containers only list the 10 year part. The old fluid came out pink but the new fluid looks mostly purple. I mixed the concentrate into a clean bucket with distilled water. A large volume of this fluid almost looks maroon with hint of purple where the light is penetrating. People way to pull the lower hose, but there are also three drain valves on the engine, with one of them being nearly impossible to get to.

At 10:00 you say about two halves of the cartridge: you can pull them apart" I believe they are locked together. only after twisting one of them by 90 ° in relation to the other will make it possible to pull them apart. I think you did twist them without saying you did, so some may be trying invaine to pull them straight out and not succeed.
